Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how UAP UFO handles information when you use the website, archive pages, file preview pages, account features, and any future member or purchase features.
Archive Source and Public Records
UAP UFO presents an independent browsing index for public UAP source material.
UAP UFO is an independent index for the public War.gov UFO files dataset. It reads the CSV published at war.gov/Portals/1/Interactive/2026/UFO/uap-csv.csv and groups the referenced UAP videos, imagery, PDFs, and case records so they can be searched, previewed, and cited. The records may include public material attributed to the FBI, NASA, the Department of War, and the Department of State; verify important details against the original war.gov/ufo source.
The public archive may include War.gov ufo files, UFO files videos, public source PDFs, declassified imagery, and case files associated with public records from the FBI, NASA, Department of War, and Department of State. Those source records are public archive materials, not personal information collected from you by UAP UFO.
Independent Website Disclaimer
UAP UFO is not an official government website. UAP UFO is not operated by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or formally affiliated with war.gov, the FBI, NASA, the Department of War, the Department of State, or any other government agency.

Public Archive Content
Public source records may be displayed, previewed, resized, grouped, summarized, translated, or indexed for browsing. These operations relate to public archive material. They do not mean UAP UFO verifies every record, endorses every claim, or creates an official government record.
If a public source record contains personal information already present in the public archive, UAP UFO displays it as part of the public source material. Requests about public government records should also be directed to the original source or relevant public-records process.
Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember language and theme preferences, measure usage, monitor errors, and protect the website.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, analytics, email, authentication, payment processing, and infrastructure. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services to UAP UFO.
When you open public source files, original files, or external links, your browser may request content from public storage URLs or third-party domains. Those external systems may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and requested URL.
